LIMITED TIME OFFER
Season Passes must be booked between January 1-28, 2023. After that time, this offer will not be available and you'll have to wait until standard reservations open for each event.
Do you prefer to be tucked away in a quiet corner? Or in the midst of all the excitement? Does a certain area of the barn just speak to you? Or perhaps you have a lucky aisle?
Season Pass stalls will be placed on the stall chart ahead of standard stalls! That's right! Season pass holders will have first opportunity to submit location requests (don't delay - these will be processed in the order they are received).
The last thing you need to be worried about on show day is whether you remembered to swap our your numbers from the last show - are we right?!
Season Pass holders can reserve numbers in January, before they get scooped up by the masses. So you can focus on the task at hand, and not what's on your saddle pads.
Season Pass stalls must be reserved in the name of an individual and are non-transferable (This means your Season Pass stall must be used by you and you only -
they may not be re-sold for use by another).
In the event that you are not able to attend one of our three events, you may cancel and receive a partial refund. Refunds will be distributed as follows:
This refund policy is the same for all three shows.
If you need to cancel your season pass entirely, your total refund will be $105.
Major illness or injury of horse or rider will be taken into account when determining if a larger refund will be given. An official report from a vet/doctor will be required and these requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All cancellations must be received via our cancellation request form below. No cancellations will be accepted by email or through Facebook / Instagram.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment and will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
