Is your calendar always changing?! Our standard refundable option provides you with maximum flexibility! Cancel up to 2 weeks before the show's move-in date for ANY REASON.

*Full refund less $10 stall insurance & $5 credit card processing fee available prior to two weeks before the show. After that time, refunds are only considered with an official vet or doctor's note.
Reservations must be pre-paid and payment will be processed at the time of reservation. Payment must be made by credit or debit card. Location requests will be considered on a first-come-first-serve basis but are not guaranteed. For group reservations, please use the same "group with" name. At MSU all stalls will be located in the Main Barn.

On-site camping is available at the grounds. Camp sites include electrical hook up. Camping can be reserved ahead of time (recommended for our spring show as this has sold out in the past!). Spots are not assigned and are first come-first serve upon arrival. Please stop in the office for your permit after parking.
2026 Weekend Rates: 3-day shows $110, 4-day shows $140
We offer the option of pre-ordered bedding. Bedding will be placed at your stalls prior to your arrival. All pre-ordered bedding must be paid in advance with your stall reservation. Additional bedding will also be available at the show.
2026 Facility Rates: MSU $11/bag, Midland $8/bag
Move-in begins at noon the day prior to the show's start (typically Thursday, The Championship Sho move-in begins Wednesday). Campers may be dropped off before that time but may NOT be plugged in early. Horses must be removed from the grounds following the conclusion of Sunday's classes.
Yes! Please verify bedding ordered and stall counts here! This helps us prevent duplicate orders and unnecessary refunds.
All stall cancellations must be received via our cancellation request form. No cancellations will be accepted by email or through Facebook / Instagram.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment and will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
