This program gives our loyal Season Pass exhibitors the chance to receive full reimbursement of their Season Pass cost. Essentially your stall for the year will be FREE!
For every $600 in sponsorship money submitted, a Season Pass exhibitor will receive reimbursement for one Season Pass ($280). Sponsorships totaling less than $600 will not qualify an exhibitor for a refund in any amount.
The $600 needed may be in the form of multiple sponsorships. Possible combinations include:
Sponsorships must be cash. Product sponsorships will not count towards the required total.
Sponsors will be receive recognition based on partnership level. Information on this can be found on our sponsors page.
Sponsors should complete our simple online sponsorship form. This allows them to securely submit funds as well as their logo and any other desired information to be included in recognition.
Sponsors MUST indicate the Season Pass holder which should receive credit for the sponsorship.
The form must be completed and funds received by end of day March 31st to be counted towards this program.
Exhibitors achieving the $600 minimum can expect their Season Pass to be reimbursed during the month of April. Reimbursements will be credited back to the original payment method.
Sponsorship funds submitted are non-refundable. If an exhibitor does not hit the required monetary threshold or if they are unable to use their Season Pass stall for any reason, neither the exhibitor nor the sponsor shall be eligible for a refund of sponsorship dollars.
