Stalls & Camping


Move-In Information

Move-in for this event will be Thursday, December 13th at noon.  Please no horses or campers on the grounds before that time. Exhibitors will have full access to the arena and wash facilities Thursday.  The arena will be open 24/7 for the duration of the event with the exception of Friday morning when it will be closed due to MSU's finals.  We will also close the arena for short periods of time as needed to allow for drags and watering.


Stalls are $70 each (horse or tack). All stalls are located in the Main Pavilion Barn (we do not sell stalls in the South Barn on the hill). Stall Reservations must be pre-paid and payment will be processed at the time of reservation. Location requests will be considered on a first-come-first-serve basis and are not guaranteed. For group reservations, please make sure that everyone reserves stalls under the EXACT SAME name. Stalls typically sell out a month or two ahead of the event, so reserve early!


We will once again be offering the option of pre-ordered bedding. Bedding will be placed in your stalls prior to your arrival. All pre-ordered bedding must be paid in advance with your stall reservation. Pre-ordered bedding is $7 a bag.  Additional bedding will be available at the show with payment made directly to MSU.


On-site camping is available at the pavilion at a rate of $30 per night. Camp sites include electrical hook up. Camp space availability may be subject to the amount of snow on the ground.  All camping spots are first come-first serve. Holding or saving of camping spots using chairs, cones, barricades, etc. will not be allowed.  Only rigs which plug into the utilities are allowed to be parked in designated camping spaces. ONE cord per spot.


HOTELS: There are several hotels in the surrounding area of East Lansing and Okemos.  When making your reservation at any of the local hotels, be sure to request the “Pavilion Rate.”

Stall Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event that you must cancel your stall prior to the show, please notify ShoMe Horse Shows by email at no later than December 1st to receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued via the method in which they were paid.  Stalls cancelled after December 1st will not be refunded. 

***Inclement weather policy*** Stalls will not be refunded due to inclement weather unless the facility is directed to shut down by Michigan State University and no back-up date exists. In that case, 50% of your stall rate will be refunded. If a back-up date exists,  your stall reservation will be held for said back up date. 

ShoMe Horse Shows will issue refunds within 30 days of cancellation or event date.
